Fox channel did an interview with arts teacher Tamara Hoover regarding her suspension for posting nude pics on Flickr. Interested Participant has the scoop on the interview and also shows a nice, artistic picture of the beautiful teacher. Hoover thinks the suspension is wrong, and I wholeheartedly agree with her.

Unfortunately I don’t understand what is written here, but obviously there exists an action figure of our favourite teacher gone sex offender. Does anyone know where those can be obtained?

An Austin High School art teacher who posed partially nude in photographs posted on the Web could soon be out of a job after the school board voted Monday to begin termination proceedings.

I, personally, think this is totally ridiculous. For one, I think a teacher should be allowed to take whatever photos she likes in her private life. Second, I don’t understand the hysteria partial nudity usually generates in US media. Being from Europe, I think this ‘Oh my god, a nude breast’ attitude many American people sport to be completely insane. Americans seem to suffer what we call Tit-Phobia. The Nipplegate incident would haven lead to nothing more then a few chuckles, if it had happened over here. Just show me one kid that actually ever got psychological damage from seeing a naked nipple. Most kids wouldn’t even care if people would not make such a fuss about it. So where is the problem?

Anyhow, back to Tamara Hoover: I could not find any of the images in question yet. The Flickr album linked over here does not seem to exist anymore. Anybody know where to find the images?
